Senior Graphic Designer Summary:

We are seeking a well-rounded Senior Graphic Designer focused on branding with experience in the beauty industry to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring strong creative skills and a refined aesthetic to produce innovative and brand-elevating designs. This role is responsible for developing assets across multiple platforms, including print, digital, video, and ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand presence.

Reports To: Art Director

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refresh brand identities with visually compelling and on-brand designs.
  • Create/refresh brand guidelines
  • Design across a variety of mediums, including packaging, digital design, product and model photoshoots, email campaigns, and in-store displays.
  • Create and execute high-quality assets for digital platforms such as social media, mobile experiences, web pages, banners, and emails.
  • Design print materials such as packaging, PR mailers, OOH advertising, and in-store signage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative assets with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, typography, and modern design techniques to enhance brand presence.

Professional Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • Prior experience in the beauty and/or wellness industry is required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD etc.).
  • Strong skills in typography, layout, and design principles.
  • Keen eye for photography and video content.
  • Experience in both digital and print design.
  • Ability to handle high-volume workloads under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of brand identity and the ability to maintain consistency across all designs.

Bonus Points:

  • Background in Package Design.
  • Knowledge of Packaging Production and Print Ready Files
