Sales Manager Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the beauty industry
and product landscape while developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth. This
role involves managing and strengthening brand and retailer relationships, identifying new
business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
Reports To: CSO
Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Relations
- Manage multiple accounts for the Creme portfolio of brands, fostering positive relationships with both existing and new retail partners.
- Drive client retention and satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional service.
Sales Strategy & Operations
- Collaborate with CSO, VP of Sales, Associate Account Managers, and Order Processing/Office Administrator to oversee daily operational and sales processes.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives and client needs.
CRM & Sales Analytics
- Maintain accurate customer activity records within the CRM system for enhanced efficiency and visibility.
- Analyze sales data to monitor forecasting accuracy and align with the brand’s monthly sales plans, making strategic adjustments based on market trends.
Retailer & Market Insights
- Identify retailer-specific needs, gaps, and opportunities to drive business growth for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Business Development & Negotiation
- Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with new premium retailers
- Lead negotiations on terms, forecasts, and expectations, ensuring alignment with business goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Marketing & Brand Execution
- Develop, propose, and execute tailored marketing plans for each account to optimize brand visibility and sales performance.
- Partner with internal teams to support promotional initiatives and ensure seamless execution.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in beauty retail sales and account management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and Keynote.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
